Kerry Hall, 30, of Hardwick Road West, is a prolific shop thief across Worksop and beyond.

Nottingham Magistrates’ Court made the criminal behaviour order after hearing of her shoplifting and also her targeting of the elderly.

The terms of the order prevent Hall from entering many areas of Worksop where elderly and vulnerable people live, as well as several retail premises.

She risks a potential prison sentence if she breaks the conditions. The terms of the order state Hall must not:

Enter Marks and Spencer, Sainsburys, Asda, Aldi, Chiltern Mills and the Co-op in Worksop town centre.

Enter Asda in Bircotes

Enter Co-op in Doncaster Road, Carlton-in-Lindrick

Enter Co-op in High Street, Blyth

Enter One Stop Shop in Radford Road, Worksop

Enter Harworth Food and Wine in Harworth

Enter Shrewsbury Road, Worksop, between the junctions of Radford Road and Radford Street

Sell or attempt to sell items door-to-door

Enter any retail premises in Nottinghamshire with a push chair without a child within it

Neil Bellamy, district commander for Bassetlaw, said:“The criminal behaviour orders have been put in place in an effort to improve the lives of people in Worksop.

“We would ask anyone in Worksop who witnesses any of the terms of these orders being breached to call us on 101 so such breaches can be acted upon and brought to the attention of the courts.”
