Aspiring models from Nottinghamshire are being urged enter a new competition that could see them win the chance to be a catwalk star at the CLA Game Fair in July.

The CLA, in association with David Domoney, co-presenter of ITV1’s Love your Garden with Alan Titchmarsh, is looking for one male and one female amateur model for a countryside-themed fashion show, sponsored by Anglian Home Improvements. It will be staged over the duration of the Game Fair – from Friday 18 until Sunday 20 July – at Blenheim Palace in Oxfordshire.

The money-can’t-buy prize includes full catwalk training by esteemed choreographer Jo Penton, who formerly worked with the Moulin Rouge in Paris. The prize also includes a professional photo shoot, which can be used as a portfolio.

Those wishing to enter must be aged between 18 and 55 years old, and should send details about themselves, photos, and why they want to win via

David Domoney is also looking for posing pooches to strut their stuff alongside the models! Visitors to the show can register their dog by submitting a photo to David’s Facebook page:

Deadline for all entries is Saturday 31 May.
