West Lindsey District Council has teamed up with NBV Enterprise Solutions to offer a businesses a virtual office.

It means businesses do not need to be tied down to an office space, commute or commit to long term rent terms with landlords.

By taking on a ‘Virtual Office’, businesses can benefit from having a postal address at the Guildhall, which can give a professional feel to businesses at a very low cost.

Customer Services Manager at West Lindsey District Council, Lyn Marlow, explained the latest offer is just one way the council is supporting local business.

She said: “The council knows all too well how difficult it is sustaining a business, especially for us as our grants from government have been drastically reduced.

“We have some exceptional staff at the council and that is why we feel we are best placed to support initiatives like this in the district.

“We are delighted to be able to expand our services for businesses through this exciting new partnership.

“A virtual office is a cost effective solution to presenting a professional image for a small business without the headache of property ownership or lease agreements.

“We already offer meeting rooms for hire with a meet and greet service, high speed broadband, convenient parking and refreshments and so it was a logical next step to offer businesses a postal address service from Guildhall.”

Other services are available on request including call handling facility; reliable contact with your clients during office hours, even when you’re not there; secure and confidential mail service, incoming and outgoing; range of administrative support services, and secretarial support.
