CRIMINAL DAMAGE

Joshua Craig Henryk Stepniewski, 20, of Tennyson Street, Gainsborough. Damaged a police cell to a value that is unknown on 21st December at Lincoln. Fined £60, victim surcharge £20.

Alexander Louis Hayward, 20, of Trinity Street, Gainsborough. Damaged a table, standard lamp and plant pot to the value of approximately £200 belonging to Lincolnshire NHS Trust on 31st December at Lincoln. Compensation £200, no costs.

MOTORING

Marcus Smith, 54, of Astley Crescent, Scotter. Driving at a speed above the 30mph speed limit on 12th February at Scotter. Disqualified from driving for a period of six months, fined £60, costs £100, victim surcharge £20.

Wendy Louise Atterbury, 41, of Lea Road, Gainsborough. Driving without insurance on 21st June at Gainsborough; driving with a licence on 21st June at Gainsborough. Driving licence endorsed with six penalty points, fined £600, costs £85, victim surcharge £60.

John Anthony Sanderson, 41, Middlefield Lane, Gainsborough. Driving without insurance on 17th June at Gainsborough; driving without a licence on 17th June at Gainsborough. Driving licence endorsed with six penalty points, fined £90, victim surcharge £20.

OTHER

Kenneth Michael Storr, 21, care of Tealby Close, Gainsborough. Used threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour on 8th December at Gainsborough. Fined £50, costs £30, victim surcharge £20.

Ryan Ashley Hadaway, 21, of Beckett Avenue, Gainsborough. Harassment of another person by banging on doors and windows, sending Facebook messages and making telephone calls. Conditional discharge for 12 months, restraining order made preventing any contact with the victim to last until 1st January 2017, costs £85, victim surcharge £15.
