Former Gainsborough man attacked his dog with an axe
A former Gainsborough man has been banned from keeping animals for 10 years after he attacked his dog with an axe and didn't seek necessary vetinary care.
Rowan Heseltine, 19, of North Ormsby Road, Middlesborough, was also committed to prison for 12 weeks, suspended for 12 months, £80 victim surcharge and £750 costs.
