COURT RESULTS: Worksop and Retford

MOTORING

Liam Bradford, 23, of Lincoln Street, Worksop. Used a car on a public road, namely the A60 near Worksop, without a licence and without an insurance policy in place. Banned from driving for six months.

Arron Blakey, 26, of Rectors Gate, Retford. Drove a car on a public road, namelt Albert Road, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in his breath, namely 54 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 mililitres of breath, exceeded the legal limit. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 mililitres of breath. Banned from driving for 12 months. Fined £650. Must also pay £85 court costs and a £65 victim surcharge.

Rhys Brown, 18, of All Hallows Street, Retford. Drove a car on a public road, namely Ollerton Road, at a speec exceeding 30mph in a 30mph zone. Banned from driving for 14 days. Fined £80. Also ordered to pay court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £20.

Scott Allman, 21, of Cherry Treet Walk, Retford. On a public road, namely Flood Road, drove a car exceeding 50mph in a 50mph zone. Driving record endorsed with six points. Fined £190. Also ordered to pay court costs of £85 and a £20 victim surcharge.

ASSAULT

Jack Hugill, 18, of Gateford Road, Worksop. Assaulted a man. Community order made with electronic monitoring requirement. Also ordered to pay £150 in compensation and £80 court costs.

Matthew Corrie, 32, of Hirst Road, Retford. Assaulted a woman and a man by beating them. Community order made with rehabilitation activity requirement. Also ordered to pay £85 in compensation and £80 court costs.

Joshua Wood, 24, of No Fixed Address. Assaulted a woman by beating her. Committed to prison for 18 weeks suspended for 12 months. Also ordered to pay a £115 victim surcharge and £85 court costs.

OTHER

Stuart Vaughan, 21, of HMP Ranby, Retford. Entered a building on Westmorland Way as a trespasser with intent to steal therein. Committed to prison for six months. Also ordered to pay £50 in compensation.
