A TEENAGER has appeared in court charged with two counts of arson at a Gainsborough nursery school.

Jamie Moxon, 18, of Earlesmere Avenue, Doncaster, denied the charges at Lincoln Magistrates Court on Tuesday.

It is alleged that he is responsible for two arson attacks on Little Lambs Nursery, on Corringham Road, on 9th and 11th December last year.

Moxon entered not guilty pleas to both. The first charge, relates to a fire which caused damage to the kitchen at the nursery on 9th December.

The second fire, on 11th December, caused damage to other rooms inside the nursery.

Moxon was bailed until 6th November 2012 when he will appear at Lincoln Magistrates to be committed to the crown court. His bail conditions state he must not enter Gainsborough.
