Ranby pupils enjoy the Harvest
Children at Worksop College Preparatory School, Ranby House with headmaster Christian Pritchard
CHILDREN at Worksop College Preparatory School Ranby House celebrated this year’s Harvest Festival by donating hampers of canned, dried and fresh food to members of the local community who are experiencing difficult times.
A Service of Thanksgiving was held in the school’s chapel, St Augustine’s, where staff and pupils joined hands during the Harvest Eucharist to give thanks for the crops grown and for the hard work involved in reaping them.
Newly-appointed headmaster Christian Pritchard said he was settling well into his new role, adding that Ranby House offered pupils ‘a unique experience’.
“We want to allow as many children as possible access to our school and the opportunities we provide,” he said.
“We want families to stay with the school for as long as possible.”
“We offer a unique and very rich educational experience.”
