Plans for new homes in Dinnington

Plans to build up to 49 new homes in Dinnington will go before Rotherham Council next Thursday.
The proposals seek outline planning for residential development and for the erection of business units. The site was once occupied by Brookes Concrete and looks onto Monksbridge Road.
