The newest member to join West Lindsey District Council is keen to get ‘stuck in’.

Mark Binns recently won the Gainsborough East ward by-electionfollowing the death of Coun Mel Starkey.

He said: “Coun Starkey was well respected, so to reach his level, I’ve got to work as hard as I can. You’ve got to put the political part behind and do what’s expected.”
