A WORKSOP pub has handed over cheques to two good causes after a charity festival.
Frogfest - an all day music festival at The Frog and Nightgown - was held on 28th July and featured 10 bands playing on the inside stage.
Worksop-based Young Potential received £840, while the National Association for Bikers with Disability (NABD) got £783.
“We chose to support Young Potential because they are a local charity that help young people by getting them into music,” said Frog and Nightgown manager Katie Harrison.
“As we’re a music venue it made sense. We also get a lot of bikers in here, and that’s why we support NABD.”
Katie thanked all of the bands who took part in Frogfest and everyone who came along on the day and helped make it a successful event.
