Man cleared

APPEARING alongside Anton (see above) Stefan Stepniewski, 56, also of The Hammers, Sturgate, denied charges of conspiracy to handle stolen goods and handling a stolen Ford Fiesta car.

He was cleared of both charges after the prosecution offered no evidence against him.
