Man admits burglaries
A WORKSOP man has appeared in court where he admitted to two Retford burglaries in one evening.
Damian Anothony Wynn, 24, from Southbreck Rise in Worksop, pleaded guilty to breaking into Retford Chiropractic Clinic and then St Switherns School in the early hours of 3rd May. Officers were attending an alarm at the school when they then heard an alarm at the school. Wynn was seen running away nearby. He said that he was ‘very drunk’ following an argument with his girlfriend.
Magistrates ordered Wynn to carry out 100 hours of unpaid work, pay £400 compensation to the clinic, £124 to the school as well as £85 in court costs.
