Man admits breaches
In Court
A LANGOLD teenager has appeared in court after admitting to breaching his community order.
Jack Marsden, 18, from Firbeck Crescent in Langold, failed to attend unpaid group work sessions and did inform probation services of his reasons within five working days.
Appearing before Worksop Magistrates Court on Wednesday 29th August, Marsden told of how he had injured his back and had to attend hospital appointments. As a result of his injuries, he lost his job.
Before sentencing Marsden to an additional 10 hours unpaid work, magistrates told him: “You should take this seriously - you do not want to be brought back before this court for a second breach.”
