Local thieves steal CCTV cameras

RESIDENTS and property-owners are being warned by Gainsborough police after theives bizarrely stole CCTV cameras.

A spokesman from Gainsborough NPT said: “Do you have any CCTV cameras on your property? Please keep an eye on them - as strange as that sounds!”

“We have had several stolen over the weekend from residential properties. We currently have a male in custody who was arrested in the early hours of the morning of Monday 7th December.”

“He was searched after we received a call about a suspicious male near Pillard House.”
