Investigations continue after body found
Police incident at Everton
POLICE are continuing their investigation after a body was found on farm land at Everton, between Bawtry and Gainsborough.
Forensic teams are still working at the scene in Middlecross Lane, between Harwell Sluice Lane and Everton Lane.
The incident was reported by a member of the public on Saturday 2nd February.
No details have been released by Notts Police about the identity of the individual, or the circumstances surrounding their death.
Detective Chief Inspector Phil Cox, who is leading the investigation, said: “Detectives will be making enquiries in the area but if you have any information you believe to be of relevance please contact the incident room on 101 extension 817 1520 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.”
