Haul of electrical goods stolen in Clowne burglary

Police are studying CCTV footage after thieves stole a television, games console and photographic kit from a house in Clowne.

The offenders smashed a double glazed window and opened it from the inside to get access to the property in Heritage Drive.

Then they searched the house and made off with a haul including a 37 inch black and grey Toshiba television, an Xbox 360 console and controllers, a digital camera and cash.

Derbyshire Police are now looking at CCTV taken in the local are and appealing for anyone with information on the burglary to come forward.

The burglary took place sometime between 2pm on Saturday 16th February and just after 5pm on Sunday 17th February.

Witnesses or anyone with information should call Derbyshire Police on 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
