ASSAULT

Mark Anthony Corby, Church Street, Gainsborough. Found not guilty of assaulting a police officer on 7th July 2012.

Christopher James Gilbert, 31, Arkwright Street, Gainsborough. Pleaded not guilty to assaulting a female in Gainsborough on 28th February. Remanded in custody until 27th March.

Shelagh Holt, 22, Trent Street, Gainsborough. Pleaded guilty to assaulting a male on 7th February. Given a community order and ordered to carry out 80 hours unpaid work in next 12 months. Also ordered to pay £60 victim surcharge and £15 in court costs.

Ryan Nathan Quayle, 23, Charlotte Court, Gainsborough. Pleaded not guilty to assaulting a male on 28th October at Park Street in Lincoln, causing them actual bodily harm. Also pleaded not guilty to using threatening or abusive language or behaviour on the same date. Remanded on bail until 29th April on condition that he doesn’t enter any licenced premises in Lincoln City Centre between 9pm and 7am.

THEFT

Alan Forrest, 52, Thorndike Mews, Gainsborough. Stole wallet and contents to value of £150 on 23rd November in Gainsborough. Indicated guilty pleas. Sentence adjourned for the preparation of probation reports.

MOTORING OFFENCES

Shaun Peter Dalton, 22, Oak Drive, Messingham. Pleaded guilty to drink-driving down North Moor Road in Scotter on 9th February with 88 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Fined £180, ordered to pay £20 victim surgcharge and £85 costs and disqualified from driving for 18 months.

Raymond Oswick, 53, Dooks Close, Scotton. Pleaded guilty to driving a Citroen down Broadgate in Lincoln at a speed that exceeded 30 miles per hour on 3rd June 2012. Fined £60 and ordered to pay £15 victim surcharge and £43 in court costs. Licence endorsed with three points.

OTHER

Dominic Boswell, 20, Marshalls Rise, Gainsborough. Failing to comply with community order. Order varied with £45 court costs.
