ABUSIVE BEHAVIOUR

Luke Paul Ady Asquith, 24, North Parade, Gainsborough. On 2nd February in Gainsborough used threatening, insulting or abusive words or behaviour towards another person. Guilty plea. Given a community order for 80 hours of unpaid work and ordered to pay victim surcharge of £60 and court costs of £50.

MOTORING OFFENCES

Roger Craig Durham, 31, High Street, Corringham. On 14th Febuary at High Street in Corringha, as the registered keeper of a large goods vehicle or passenger carrying vehicle failed to deliver to the Secretary of State that part of the registration document containing the required particulars about the transfer of the vehicle to a person who was not a vehicle trader. Case proved in absence. Ordered to pay £15 victim surcharge and costs of £90.

Andrew Foster, 29, Church Street, Kirton in Lindsey. On 7th August, a fine for £300 for dirivng offences. Paid £118.25 by cheque but a cheque was later dishonouredby bank. Guilty plea. Fined £300 and ordered to pay vehicle excise back duty of £71.67 and costs of £90.

Jon Nigel Grey, 44, Windmill Way, Kirton in Lindsey. On 27th July, being a person to whom a licence for motor vehicle was issued upon receipt of a cheque which was later dishonoured then failed to deliver up the licence. Fined £400, ordered to pay vehicle excise back duty of £110 and court costs of £90.

THEFT

Sean Peter Alan Brooks, 33, Linden Terrace, Gainsborough. On 16th Febuary in Gainsborough, stole a jump starter and other household goods to the value of £145.37 belonging to B and M and five Gillette Razor blades to the value of £79.07 belonging to Boots. Guilty pleas entered. Offences were in breach of suspended sentence for stealing a Remembrance day collection box from the Gainsborough Royal British Legion on 12th November 2011 and stealing two bottles of perfume to the value of £146 from Lincoln on 23rd November. He was committed to prison for two months consecutively to his suspended sentence.
