ASSAULT

David William Hoggard, 14, Willingham Road, Knaith Park. Assault on 3rd August 2012 at Darlton. Fined £250 and ordered to pay £100 compensation.

BENEFIT OFFENCES

Neil Pacey, 42, Sutton Road, Beckingham. Between 6th June 2011 and 1st July 2012 failed to promptly notify City of Lincoln Council of circumstances which would affect your entitlement to Housing benefit and Council Tax benefit - namely his wife Mrs Karla Pacey had rejoined. Ordered to pay compensation of £4131.01 and court costs of £75.

MOTORING OFFENCES

Terrence Bell, 54, Millfield Avenue, Saxilby. On 6th July 2012 at Arnold, failed to give information relating to identification of a driver of a vehicle. Fined £600 and licence endorsed with six penalty points.

Peter Dixon, 50, Grey Street, Gainsborough. At 8th September in Marton, drove a Vauxhall Astra down the A1500 Stow Park Road in excess of 30 miles per hour. Fined £185 and ordered to pay victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £43. Licence endorsed with six points.

Jamie Richard Toyne, 20, Park Springs Road, Gainsborough. On 13th September 2012, failed to comply with a red traffic light on the A631. Fined £60 and ordered to pay victim surcharge of £15 and £20 court costs. Licence endorsed with three points.

Matthew Edward Wardle, 26, Spafford Close, Morton. On 23rd August drove in excess of 40 miles per hour through Marton. Fined £60 and ordered to pay victim surcharge of £15. Licence endorsed with three points.

OUTSTANDING FINES

Nigel Wickson, 30, Dickenson Terrace, Gainsborough. Non-payment of fine of £115.00 imposed on 4th December 2012. A summons was issued for an outstanding amount. Transfer of fine made to North East London Magistrates’ Court.

THEFT

Stephanie Sarah Connelly, 23, Willingham Road, Lea. On 7th December at TK Maxx on Valentine’s Road in Lincoln, stole a Panasonic Razor and Ed Hardy Fragrance to the value of £78.98. Guilty plea. Conditional discharge of six months and ordered to pay £15 costs.
