Free stress control class

IF life’s pressures are getting you down and making you feel anxious or worried, a stress control class could help.

Rotherham Doncaster and South Humber NHS Foundation Trust (RDaSH) is funding a free five-week programme that teaches people to control their stress.

The classes are designed for people who are feeling stressed or worried, or think that they might be suffering from anxiety, depression, sleep difficulties and panic.

Sessions start on 30th January and take place every Wednesday from 2-4pm at the Unity Centre, on Saint Leonard’s Road. They are open to anyone over 18 registered with a Rotherham GP practice.
