A WORKSOP man claimed benefit he wasn’t entitled to, a court heard.

Wayne John Carter, 47, of Cresswell Road, was found guilty after trial of two counts of failing to notify of a change in circumstances.

His case was adjourned for pre-sentence reports to be prepared and will next appear on 13th September.
