Fairs and fun days as summer comes to end
Police community fun day on the Levellings in Gainsborough G120817-2a
KIDS in Gainsborough are making the most of the last few days of their summer holidays at summer fairs and fun days.
Social housing provider ACIS held a family fun day at Park Springs Community Centre. Face painting and a bouncy castle kept the kids happy, and cakes and refreshments were available for the grown-ups.
And at the Levellings playing fields, off Ropery Road, people were invited to a Police community fun day.
All sorts of crime prevention and security advice was available, plus bike marking and inflatables to play with.
