a LITHUANIAN man living in Worksop has been disqualified from driving after being caught over the limit whilst behind the wheel.

Rimantas Koncevicious, 48, of Creswell Road, admitted driving a Vauxhall Vectra down Retford Road with too much alcohol in his system on 7th June. Appearing before Worksop Magistrates on 12th September, the court heard how Koncevicious was driving at 3am after drinking three to four drinks when police officers saw him pull off quickly. They stopped him when they smelled alcohol on his breath.

The Solway Foods worker, who has been in the UK for six years, was banned from driving for 12 months and ordered to pay a total of £400.
