A CHARITY event is being held at Anston Cricket Club this weekend.

There will be a variety of stalls selling a range of goods including nearly new clothing, bric-a-brac and books.

Visitors can have some fun on the games and tombola stalls and enjoy a variety of cakes and hot and cold refreshments. Youngsters will also get the chance to have their photograph taken with Mickey Mouse.

The event takes place at the cricket club, on Ryton Road, between 11am and 4pm on Saturday 16th February.

All proceeds raised at the event will go to Cancer Research UK.

Everyone is invited to come along and join in the fun.
