Crews called to collision on A60 near Whitwell

FIRE crews were called to a collision between an HGV and a van on the A60 this morning (Wednesday 31st October).

Crews from Worksop and Staveley attended the incident on the A60 near the junction of Hennymoor Lane at 6.29am.

They removed one person from the van who was taken to hospital by ambualnce.

Police crews were also called to the scene and closed the road while the Highways Agency attended the diesel spillage.
