Assault trial date is set

A MAN is to stand trial after denying a charge of common assault.
Ashley Creswell, 22, of no fixed address, appeared at Worksop Magistrates Court on Thursday.
He denied common assault against a female in Retford on 31st August. He was released on bail until his trial on 5th November at Worksop.
