Arrests after ‘stabbing’

TWO people have been arrested after a man was stabbed in Gainsborough over the weekend.
Lincolnshire Police are investigating a stabbing incident in Gainsborough, after emergency services were called to a house in Ashcroft Road, Gainsborough about 12.30am on the morning of Sunday 30th December where a man was suffering from stab wounds.
An ambulance took a 29-year-old man to Lincoln County Hospital where he underwent surgery and is now in a critical but stable condition.
Police arrested two people in connection with the incident. Darren William Bryant, 30, of Elsham Walk, has been charged with attempted murder. A 15-year-old male has since been bailed until 9th March pending further enquiries.
