THE caretaking team at A1 Housing are celebrating after a new survey found that tenant satisfaction has risen to 92 per cent.
The independent survey found that statisfaction was up six per cent from last year, and 11 per cent from 2007.
The Star Survey, which is carried out every two years also shows a rise in the number of residents who think that vandalism and graffiti is not a problem, rising from 57 per cent in 2007 to 83 per cent in 2012.
It comes after it was revealed that A1 Housing is the only social housing provider in England to have been awarded the Keep Britain Tidy Cleaner, Safer, Greener Neighbourhood Quality Mark for all its estates.
