John Craig Andrews, 33, of Carn Close, Lincoln. Drove a vehicle exceeding 30 mph. Fined £85, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs and licence endorsed with three points.

Shaun Carter, 26, of Mill Pond Drive, Upton. Drove a vehicle exceeding 60 mph. Fined £135, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs and licence endorsed with three points.

Kirk Ethan Llewellyn, 24, of Wheeldon Street, Gainsborough. Took a vehicle without the owners consent and caused damage. Committed to prison for 12 week suspended for 12 months and disqualified for 12 months.

Peter James Tully, 26, of Lupin Road, Lincoln. Drove a vehicle under the influence of alcohol. Fined £250, £25 victim surcharge, £85 costs and disqualified from driving for 20 months.

THEFT

Steven James Barnes, 47, of Turner Avenue, Lincoln. Stole cabling. Community order made, three month curfew from 9pm to 6am, £60 victim surcharge and £250 costs.

Simon Staff, 37, of Beaumont Fee, Lincoln. Stole two legs of lamb and roll of foil. Discharged conditionally for six months, £15 victim surcharge and £20 costs.

Mark Frederick Clayton, 29, of Allison Street, Lincoln. Drunk and disorderly. Fined £130, £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Alexander Matuzevics, 23, of St Rumbolds Street, Lincoln. Drunk and disorderly. Fined £65, £20 victim surcharge and £40 costs.

ASSAULT

Remigijus Bielskis, 34, of Ropery Road, Gainsborough. Assault. Community order made, £100 compensation and £75 costs.
