LEA schoolchildren are celebrating after the completion of a brand new playhouse.

Lincolnshire Co-op donated £867 to Frances Olive Anderson School in Lea to spend on the new wooden playhouse – and headteacher Jean Dagg said the pupils are loving it.

“We are very grateful to the Co-op for providing funding for this,” she said.

“I would like to say that without such a donation and great sponsorhip from companies like the Co-op then school would find it very difficult to give kids the learning opportunities that we enjoy.”

She added: “We purchased the playhouse with a patio tables and chairs to improve outdoor learning for children.”
