The Retford and Bassetlaw Comedy Club is back and bigger than ever featuring the comic genius of Sally Anne Hayward, Alfie Moore and Mrs Barbara Nice on Tuesday.

Sally-Anne Hayward combines the things you shouldn’t like about your best friend’s mum with the sensibilities of Jack the Ripper.

Alfie Moore is an original comedian with his niche area as a serving police sergeant. Alfie performed his show I Predicted a Riot at the Pleasance Courtyard at the Edinburgh Fringe and has supported Sarah Millican, Russell Kane and Milton Jones on tour.

Mrs Barbara Nice is the alter-ego of Janice Connolly whose life was changed when Peter Kay spotted her in the final of North West Act of The year in Manchester. Since then she has worked with Kay on four TV projects and with Dave Spikey in the critically acclaimed Dead Man Weds.

The previous two shows were to packed houses and we anticipate the same again and so encourage people to buy their tickets early to avoid disappointment.

Tickets for the show at The Well in Retford on Tuesday 22nd May are available from The Well at £8 in advance (£10 on the door) and include a free drink on arrival.

The doors and bar open at 7pm with the show starting at 8pm.
