Horrible Histories at the Baths Hall

We would all like to meet some famous people from history - the trouble is that everyone is already dead.

So it’s time to prepare yourselves for Horrible Histories live on stage at The Baths Hall in Scunthorpe later this month.

Using actors and ground-breaking 3D special effects, these two astounding shows – Terrible Tudors and Vile Victorians – are guaranteed to thrill both adults and children alike.

Well-known historical figures and events will come alive on stage and hover at your fingertips.

In the Terrible Tudors show the actors cover everything from the horrible Henries to the end of evil Elizabeth.

The audiences will hear all about the legends - and also the lies - about the torturing Tudors.

Find out the fate of Henry’s headless wives and his punch up with the Pope. Survive the Spanish Armada as it sails into the audience.

The Vile Victorians show will answer questions such as, what exactly did a baby farmer do? And can you escape the misery of the mines or the filth of the factories?

Do your best to dodge the rotten railway and prepare for the Charge of the Light Brigade.

Don’t miss out on this horribly good chance to step back in time and see history brought to life.

Horrible Histories reached more than 60 volumes, and has gone on to become an award-winning television programme, audiobook series and boardgame.

Terrible Tudors and Vile Victorians are being performed at various times from Wednesday 19th to Saturday 21st June at the Baths Hall in Scunthorpe.

Ticket are priced at £16 for adults, £12 for children, £48 for a family ticket, and £10 for schools. There is a special offer of 20 per cent off if booking tickets for both titles at the same time.
