With the holiday season upon us there isn’t a better time to get into shape and North Lincolnshire Council is giving you a helping hand by offering a one month trial summer health and fitness membership for just £35; saving you £23.

The offer is valid at the leisure centre of joining only and includes use of the gym, casual and programmed swimming pool sessions (excluding lessons), group fitness classes and racket sports.

If you decide to upgrade to one of the health and fitness membership packages before your trial is finished, you will not pay an additional joining fee. You can also become a casual gym member at the discounted rate of £5 once your trial membership has finished.

You can join up to Ancholme Leisure Centre, Baysgarth Leisure Centre, Epworth Leisure Centre, Riddings Pool or The Pods.

Councillor Carl Sherwood, cabinet member for Health and Wellbeing said: “This is a great incentive to get in shape for the summer. If you are unsure whether the gym is for you, the trial membership gives you the perfect opportunity to give it a go. Then if you decide you want to continue visiting the gym, you can sign up for a membership without having to pay a joining fee.

“There are lots of benefits to keeping fit including feeling healthier and having more energy. If you haven’t done much exercise before our fitness staff will be happy to support you and give you advice. Now is the perfect time to get in shape for the summer, so get your trial membership and start your fitness journey.”

To get your trial membership, visit the leisure centre of your choice or call them directly. Contact details can be found on our website: www.northlincs.gov.uk/leisure/leisure-centres/.

The membership will run for 30 consecutive days from the day you join between 25 July and 31 August 2016.

Anyone aged 17 and over can take up the offer. The offer cannot be used with any other offer and is non-transferable. By taking up this offer you are agreeing to abide by the centre rules and regulations.
