Gainsborough’s award-winning community theatre group, Kismet, have two new projects in production.
The Knowledgeable Imaginative Seductive Minacious Extraordinary Theatre are going to be kept busy for the next few months.
Kismet’s latest production is an adaptation of “The Canterbury Tales” which they will perform in and around Gainsborough throughout May and it has been confirmed as the closing play of the 2014 Wakefield Theatre Festival on Saturday 31st May.
And in September group will be involved with a project with the RSPB.
The RSPB have commissioned the company to create an original theatre performance to promote the new wetlands site of Beckingham Marshes.
And the group have already been a part of ‘500 Frogs’. An activity launched on Facebook which is attempting to get 500 embroidery frogs posted on the social networking.
