Gainsborough: Suspended jail sentence and three year ban for drink driver
A Gainsborough man has been given a 16 week suspended jail sentence.
Ruslan Derkac, 30, of Adelaide Close, Gainsborough, was found driving under the influence of alcohol whilst banned.
His sentence was suspended for 18 months and he was also ordered to pay an £80 victim surcharge and £85 costs and he was disqualified from driving for three years.
