There are some fantastic plans at Marshall’s Yard for this year’s Easter Eggstravaganza.

On Saturday 4th April local dance groups will be performing from 11.30am throughout the day, as well as number of exciting activities for everyone to enjoy.

A special Easter food and craft market will run from 9am until 4pm.

Shoppers will also be able to find Gainsborough Lions in the market area who will be running an Easter Egg Hunt.

There will also be free face painting between 11am and 2pm, a special visit from the Easter Bunny, a bouncy castle and lots of other attractions.

An Easter Egg Design competition will be hosted by Rebecca Cross, owner of All Sorts children’s entertainment at Marshall’s Yard. There will be a stall on the fountain area for children to take part in the competition between 11am and 3pm or youngsters can bring their previously designed eggs before 2.45pm to be entered into the competition and the winner will be announced at 4pm.

The day is also a celebration of The Yard’s 8th Birthday with a fun packed day to cater all of the family.

Alison Hall, Centre Manager at Marshall’s Yard, said: “There really is something for everyone to do and have some Easter fun. The team at Marshall’s Yard are really looking forward to seeing some great Easter Egg designs from the children.”
