Police have arrested four more people at West Burton Power Station, marking the end of a week-long protest at the site.
Four people remained on site yesterday but a man and a woman came down in the afternoon and the final two women followed suit this morning (Monday 5th November).
A total of 21 people have now been arrested on suspicion of aggravated trespass since the protest began last Monday (29th October).
A police spokesman said the protesters come from locations throughout the country and none of them live in Notts.
“Officers are now working with EDF Energy, which owns the power station, to carry out a search of the site and recover any exhibits that remain,” she said.
