Flood warning no longer in force for Gainsborough

The flood warning issued by the Environment Agency for the River Trent from Cromwell Weir to Gainsborough is no longer in force.

The latest update, issued on Tuesday morning at 8.53am says that flooding of low-lying agricultural land is now receding.
It also says that Church Laneham to Rampton Road should now be clear of water and river levels are falling at the Torksey river gauge.
