Energy van stolen and engine stripped near Gainsborough

Police are asking for help as they investigate the theft of a van belonging to Offshore Energy near Gainsborough.

Officers believe it was stolen from Welton, driven along Sykes Lane, stripped of its engine on Cowdale Lane, Sturton by Stow, and then towed to Station Road, Torksey where it was found on Thursday, December 1. Call police on 101 and quote incident number 268 of November 30.
