WEB-SAVVY pupils from Parish Church School in Gainsborough have been surfing the Internet after the school launched an innovative new website.

The school’s new website is designed to give kids the chance to enjoy the Internet safely and showcase the work, and also hopes to improve communication between staff and parents.

Teacher and ICT co-ordinator Josh Lane said: “It’s going to give all of the children the chance to access the site, and upload their work.”

“It will basically be the kids’ website and just provide a great and innovative new way for them to do research and homework in a secure way. The pupils will basically be working like young journalists on different projects.”

He continued: “It’s all about communication and celebrating what the children can really do.”
