A TEENAGER has denied carrying out two arson attacks at a children’s nursery in Gainsborough.
Jamie Moxon, 18, pleaded not guilty to two charges of arson at Little Lambs Nursery in Gainsborough when he appeared at Lincoln Crown Court.
It is alleged the fires were set during two separate incidents on 9th and 11th December last year. Judge Michael Heath adjourned the case for trial at Lincoln Crown Court in July next year.
Moxon, of Earlesmere Avenue, Doncaster, was granted bail until his trial on condition he does not enter Gainsborough.
Little Lambs owners John and Joyce Ramm pledged to re-build their business after the fires.
Forty-four under-fives were moved to alternative premises until the nursery was re-opened in February.
