A WORKSOP teen has been spared jail after a spate of drink driving offences throughout July.
Ryan Kryger, 19, from Westminster Close, was stopped by police three times in nine days on suspicion of drink driving.
He was caught twice over the legal limit on 8th July, on Memorial Avenue, and 17th July, in Wakefield, and on 15th July failed to provide a specimen for analysis at Newark Police Station.
Worksop magistrates, who said it was a ‘very, very rare’ case, sentenced him to 120 days in prison suspended for 12 months, a 12-month community order with supervision and six months alcohol treatment.
Kryger was also banned from the road for four years and was ordered to pay £85 costs by magistrates on Thursday 2nd August.
