Police re-appeal over aggravated burglaries in Gainsborough

Gainsborough CID are investigating five offences in the area and are appealing for help from the community.

Police want to speak to anyone who may have seen, heard or knows anything that could help with the investigation.

The offences occurred on Recreation Hill, Gainsborough on March 16; Ropery Road, Gainsborough on March 19; Portland Terrace on March 19; Thorndike Mews/King Street on March 20 and South Street, Morton on March 20.

As part of the investigation, police are keen to identify the owner of a black leather effect handbag containing dentures.

Anyone who has any information on the offences, or knows who the bag belongs to, should contact Gainsborough CID on 01427 816235, or contact Lincolnshire Police Communications Centre quoting incident number 415; 19/03/17.

Clinton Sentance, 36, from Gainsborough has been charged with the aggravated burglary at Portland Terrace.
