Threats to burn down a shop have led to a Gainsborough man being given a restraining order.

Jamie Richard Toyne, 21, of Park Springs Road, was found guilty of making the threats after a trial at Lincoln Magistrates Court.

The restraining order is until June 2016. He was also fined £130, ordered to pay £250 costs and £20 victim surcharge.
