Graham Howard Bannister, 80, Scotter Road, Laughton.

Allegedly driving without due care and attention on Laughton Road in Blyton on 8th December.

Not guilty plea. Adjourned until 13th March for update on medical condition.

On 10th October 2012 at Nettleham, failed to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle alleged to be guilty of an offence. Charges were proved in absence.

Fined £600, ordered to pay victim surcharge of £15, ordered to pay court costs of £85 and licence endorsed with six points.

Speeding on A631 at Gringley-on-the-Hill on 13th April. Guilty plea. Fined £45 and licence endorsed.

On 8th December at Lincoln Railway Station, wilfully obstructed PC Duck in execution of his duty and used threatening, abusive, or offensive language.

Guilty plea. Fined £135, ordered to pay victim surcharge of £20 and £85 in court costs.

Peter Daniel Malone, 18, Riby Close, Gainsborough.

On 26th August 2012 in Gainsborough, allegedly assaulted Jack Parker causing him actual bodily harm.

Not guilty pleas indicated. Both on conditional bail until trial at Lincoln Crown Court on 28th March.

On 26th June 2012, was threatening, was allegedly abusive or insulting towards Mindaugas Juknevikus in Lincoln before an assault and damaging a BMW. Not guilty plea to all charges. Case adjourned until 30th May.
