Scott Anderson, 38, of Park Hill Kirton Lindsey. Speeding over 30mph limit at Stow Park Road in Marton on 20th November last year. Three points on licence, fined £200, costs £85, victim surcharge £20.

THEFT

Nathan Charles Slucock, 41, of Pasture Road, Gainsborough. Stole meat to the value of £44 from Morrisons on 11th April, stole a ceramic ornament worth £95 from Oldrids on 24th April. Six month conditional discharge, costs £15, victim surcharge £15.

Luke Adam Shephardson, 24, of Pasture Road, Gainsborough. With another person, stole a tin and alcoholic items to the value of £300 from Caistor Town Hall on 8th May. Community order with 120 hours unpaid work and an alcohol awareness activity, victim surcharge £60.

ASSAULT

Junaid Imran, 23, of Cliff Gardens, Scunthorpe. Assaulted Imran Hameed on 29th April at Scotton and damaged photo frames to a value unknown. Community order made with 80 hours unpaid work, costs £85, victim surcharge £60, compensation £20.

Daniel Wilkinson, 31, of All Saints Mews, North Street, Gainsborough. Assaulted a PC in the execution of his duty and resisted a PC in the execution of his duty on 29th March at Gainsborough. Fined £110, costs £85, victim surcharge £20.

OTHER

Kane Rodney Lemmon, 18, of Noel Street, Gainsborough. Failed to comply with a community order made on 1st February by failing to turn up for unpaid work on 19th June and 2nd July. Community order to continue, detained in courthouse for the rest of the session, fined £70.
