Sharon Louise Davey, 41, of Sturgate Walk, Gainsborough. Used a colour television without a licence between 18th and 29th March. Fined £200, costs £90, victim surcharge £20.

Pearl Freestone, 27, of Priory Close, Gainsborough. Used a colour television without a licence between 15th April and 16th May. Fined £300, costs £90, victim surcharge £30.

Eric Price, 26, of Bacon Street, Gainsborough. Travelled on the railway from Retford to Gainsborough Lea Road without paying the £13.50 fare and with intent to avoid payment. Case proven in absence. Fined £200, compensation £13.50, victim surcharge £20 and £100 court costs.

Shane Richard Peet, 28, of Beaufort Street, Gainsborough. Failed to comply with the requirements of a community order. Order revoked. Committed to prison for four months, suspended for 18 months, complete Building Better Relationships programme, supervision.
