FRAUD

Sara Sinnott, 21, Queensfield, Gainsborough. Failed to notify council of changes in circumstances that affected entitlement to Housing and Council Tax Benefit. She was fined £75, and ordered to pay costs of £60 and a victim surcharge of £20.

DRUGS

John Sharp, 24, Tillbridge Lane, Sturton-by-Stow. Possession of Class C drug ketamin on 27th April. He was fined £85, and ordered to pay costs of £85, and a victim surcharge of £20.

Kevin Barry Smith, 19, The Limes, Beckingham. Possession of 2.3 grams of Class B drug cannabis bush on 10th February. He was fined £85, with costs of £85, and a victim surcharge £20.

THEFT

Sean Guilliatt, 19, Coningsby Close, Gainsborough. Stole eight Paco Rabanne fragrances to the value of £506 from Debenhams in Lincoln on three dates in January and February this year. He was discharged conditionally for eight months, odered to pay compensation of £75, and a victim surcharge £15.

Mark Arden, 43, of no fixed address, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court to theft of a Peugeot Speedfight motorbike to the value of £600. He was given a community order with a supervision requirement for nine months and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £60.

OTHER

Alan Peter John Watts, 32, no fixed abode. Drunk and disorderly in Lincoln on 25th April, failed to surrender to custody after being released om police bail, commission of further offence while subject to a conditional discharge. He was fined £75, with costs of £45, and a victim surcharge of £20.

Ian Stanley Moore, 44, of no fixed address, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court to two counts of using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour. He was ordered to pay compensation of £25.
