ASSAULT

Tracey Jane Hand, 33, of Riseholme Road in Gainsborough. Pleaded guilty to assaulting a female on 31st October 2012. Community order made to participate in alcohol treatment requirement and ordered to pay victim surcharge of £60.

Aidan Paul Ratcliff, 23, of Victoria Close in Gainsborough. Charged with assaulting a male and female on 3rd November. He denies both charges. Given condtional bail until 19th April.

CRIMINAL DAMAGE

Aaron Robert Taylor, 18, of High Street in Gainsborough. Charged with damaging a window to the value of £112 belonging to John Silkstone on an unknown date in January and again on 15th February. Pleaded guilty to both charges. Given a community order and made to pay £224 compensation.

MOTOR OFFENCES

Antonia Devita, 43, of Gainsborough Road in Lea. Charged with driving down North Moor Road at an excessive speed on 24th August 2012. Fined £200 and ordered to pay £15 victim surcharge and £85 in costs. Licence endorsed with three points.

Ronald Antony Jackson, 52, Burns Street in Gainsborough. It is alleged that on 27th October 2012, drove a Citroen down Bunker’s Hill at an excessive speed. Adjourned until 3rd June.

David Antony Whittaker, 38, of Riby Close in Gainsborough. Charged with driving a Citroen C5 down Cross O’Cliff Hill in Lincoln at an excessive speed on 19th August 2012. Charge proven in absence. Fined £225, ordered to pay victim surcharge of £15 and £85 in court costs. Licence endorsed with three points.

THEFT

Lee Nisbet, 32, of Westminster Close in Morton. Charged with taking a BMW without consent on 14th March before driving it down North Marsh Road without insurance. Pleaded guilty to both charges. Given a four month curfew to be electronically monitored and stay at home address between the hours of 8pm and 5am. Also given an eight week prison sentence suspended for 12 months. Ordered to pay £85 in costs and licence endorsed with six points.
